How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete via Arpe App
- Open the Arpe app and log in to your account
- Navigate to Settings
- Select Account Management
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your deletion request
Option 2: Request via Email or Form
If you no longer have access to the app, submit a deletion request below or email us directly.

Processing Time
All deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days from the date of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
